概述

The LP4131 is a cost-effective standalone Boost 2-cell battery charger. The switching frequency is 600kHz to allow a 2.2uH inductor. The fast charge current is programmable by a resistor at lSET pin from 0.35A to 1A. Charge status is indicated by STAT pin driving a
LED. The LP4131 is recommended to be supplied from a voltage source with output current limit function.
The LP4131 offers SOT23-6L package.
