The LP5240 is an advanced load switch in an ultrasmall package. The internal P-type MOSFET and the slew rate control make it easy to use. An output discharge path is integrated to the external components and simplify the design.Thanks to the current optimization, LP5240 is suitable for ultra-low current consumption application to save energy. It operates over a wide input voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V. The device contains a soft-start function to reduce the input inrush current when it is turned on.The LP5240 is available in a 4-pin WLCSP4 package with 0.4mm pin pitch.
