The LP3995H family are high performance low dropout （LDO） voltage regulators with wide input range, fast transient response, and low quiescent current. The devices are suitable for multitude of applications which require a regulate supplies of up to 300mA load current.
The LP3995H family include standard fixed voltage of 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 5.0V, 8.0V, 9.0V, and 12.0V.
The devices are stable with low ESR ceramic output capacitor. The devices are protected from short circuit by a current limit function and from over-heating by a thermal overload protection.
The devices are available in standard SOT89-3, SOT23 and SOT23-5 packages.
